Nachrichtensendung für den Englischuntericht

Im Englischunterricht müssen wir eine Nachrichtensendung nachspielen und dafür eigene Dialoge verfassen ! Ist der so gut , also für elfte Klasse ? (Namen sind verändert, da ich hier keine Klassenkameraden mit reinbringen wollte )

Bagdad
A new terror video of Osama Bin Laden, the leader of the terror network Al Quaida, was shown on an Iraqi newschannel.
Osama Bin Laden himself orders the islamic world to fight against the western world and especially the USA. He announced that Al Quaida plans a lot of terroristic attacks on western aims. In the video he proclaims the holy war and calls on President Bush to remove his troops out of the Iraq.
This video shows that the war on terror is still up to date and that the danger which die down from the terrorists is growing.
The authenticity of the video will be proved by experts of the CIA.


Germany
Airbus, one of the biggest plane producers worldwide with it's headquarter in Toulouse is going to fire 2000 enployees in it's factories in Varel and Hamburg. Gerhard Puttfarcken, the chief of Airbus Germany said there is a strong need to reduce costs and dismisses are unavoidable. The financially stricken concern had got problems with the delivery of the new Airbus A 380. Especially affected by the savings is the factory in Varel where 500 of the 1200 employees are going to be fired.
In front of the factory in Varel our running reporter Karla Kolumna is interviewing a shocked employee.

Roger Federer was supposed to win the grand Final of the Australian Open but could not finish the first set because he suffered from stomach ache.

Federer was not able to return in the game and gave up

The season is over and the Playoffs are about to begin Sunday Night in Phoenix where the Suns host the Los Angeles Lakers

Last year both teams met each other in the first round and Phoenix won.

this year the Lakers got a big disadvantage because of the absence of their Star Kobe Bryant

he sprained his left ankle during practice and will return soonest in June

Ich würde sagen, wenn man über die Grammatikfehler und Ausdrucksfehler hinwegsehen kann, sollte das für den Unterricht reichen. Allgemein halt nicht schlecht, aber es klingt teilweise sehr "Deutsch" wenn Du weißt was ich meine...

Ja, ich stimme zu.
Vom Aufbau und so weiter ist das okay, (und Chuck Norris ist ja auch furchtbar seriös ) aber es ist halt das, was man Idiomatik nennt: Es wird oft einen Wort für Wort-Übersetzung, die dem Deutschen doch leider sehr ähnlich ist. Um ein noch besseres Gefühl für die englische Sprache zu bekommen (vorrausgesetzt, dass du das überhaupt willst) empfehle ich, einfach mal englische Nachrichtensendungen zu schauen, sofern du einen britischen oder amerikanichen Sendern empfangen kannst. Bücher lesen hilft auch. Du wirst sehen/lesen/hören, dass auch die Betonung anders ist. Gerade bei den Nachrichten im Fernsehen! Ich habe mal einen Monat im Ausland verbracht: Man kann über die Betonung manchmal echt erstaunt sein (am Anfang, klar), aber mit der Zeit bekommst du ein Gefühl für die Sprache.

PS: Wenn du schon vorgetragen hast, wie ist es gelaufen? Ich bin nicht neugierig, ich will nur alles wissen!

Es ist wie schon die Vorredner meinten nicht gerade idiomatisch. Beim letzten Satz würde ich z.B. schreiben "Today's news were brought to you by *fiktive Firma*", meistens haben die Sender nämlich einen Sponsor, der am Ende der Nachrichten erwähnt wird, das fiel mir gerade ein. Und ich schließe mich Karla an, wenn du es schon gehalten hast, kam es gut an?
